Education

Education is one of the key areas of the DP5YOU project, because it is through knowledge that we shape leaders of change who are able to support children from vulnerable groups.
We are convinced that effective work with refugee and migrant children begins with high-quality training for youth workers, volunteers, and anyone who wants to create a safe, friendly, and inclusive environment.
That is why we develop and provide educational materials that will contribute to:
- improving the professional competence of youth workers so that they are better equipped to work with migrant and refugee children;
- developing leadership, emotional intelligence, communication, and teamwork skills;
- better understanding the needs of children in crisis situations;
- using modern digital approaches in non-formal education;
- improving the social integration of migrant and refugee children in participating countries by ensuring their access to educational and cultural environments;
- creating a favorable environment for interaction and cooperation among youth workers, strengthening intercultural ties and sports communities between project participating countries.
One of the main materials will be an interactive flipbook on leadership. It is an easy-to-understand but informative resource that reveals the importance of being a leader, not only for oneself, but also for one’s community.
Leadership is not about status, but about action. The book shows how young people can make positive changes even in difficult circumstances.
The specific goal of the project is to develop a digital platform called DP5YOU, which will enable young people working with migrant and refugee children to develop psychological resilience through European values.
Our goal is to create a space where learning is accessible, modern, useful, and inspiring. DP5YOU is a place where the leaders of the future grow.
