Best practices

As part of the DP5YOU project, we have collected best practices – real-life examples of successful work with refugee and migrant children that have been implemented by youth workers, volunteers, and organizations from different European countries. These practices are based on the experience of our organizations, which have proven their effectiveness, flexibility, and ability to adapt to challenging circumstances.

Among them are:

  • digital tools that facilitate communication, learning, and adaptation;
  • examples of local initiatives that promote social integration and community building;
  • innovative approaches to non-formal education aimed at developing empathy, leadership, and civic engagement among young people.

Each practice presented is not just a method, but a story of people who have been able to change children’s lives for the better.

This section is designed to help you:

  • be inspired by examples of real-life implementation of ideas;
  • obtain ready-made tools for use in your work;
  • adapt successful approaches to your own context.

DP5YOU strives to create a space where knowledge and experience do not remain theoretical, but become living, effective mechanisms of assistance.

Great things for young people are achieved through a series of small actions brought together.
