DP5YOU working meeting: plans, resources, and upcoming events within the project

On July 3, 2025, the next online meeting of the project coordinator of the NGO “YOUTH. SCIENCE. SPORT. HEALTHY MOVEMENT IN UKRAINE Digital Platform of Knowledge and Skills Development for Youth Working with Child Migrants and Refugees at European Level” (DP5YOU), with partners (INSTITUTUL DE INSTRUIRE IN DEZVOLTARE MILLENIUM and National Agency for Programs Development and Youth Work) took place.

Participants discussed key project implementation issues, exchanged best practices, and planned further steps:

the focus was on effectively communicating and presenting activities, reports, and plans;

the organization of events in Portugal, Ukraine, and Moldova was discussed;

the coordinator responsible for Work Package 3 – “Development of a digital platform,” presented the materials already filled in, the structure of the resource, and performance indicators.

An expert survey questionnaire was presented to help finalize the training program for young people working with refugee and displaced children.

Separately, the coordinator presented a video about European values, already available on the DP5YOU YouTube channel, and announced the development of a flyer guide with games, crosswords, and puzzles aimed at a young audience.

The meeting took place in a constructive atmosphere, inspired participants to continue their active cooperation, and became another step in strengthening the partnership within the project.
