Working meeting of coordinators from partner organisations involved in the DP5YOU project

On 31 July 2026, an online working meeting was held for the coordinators of the partner organisations involved in the international project “Digital Platform for Knowledge and Skills Development for Youth Working with Displaced Children and Refugees at the European Level” (DP5YOU), which is co-funded by the European Union.

Representatives from all the project’s partner organisations took part in the meeting. The main objectives were to discuss the current status of the DP5YOU implementation, analyse the tasks completed, coordinate the partners’ work and determine the next steps in line with the project implementation plan.

Primary attention was paid to the operational status of the DP5YOU digital platform and the participation of target groups in the training. The project coordinator presented up-to-date information on user registration, completion of training materials and the overall activity of participants on the platform. Participation figures were analysed separately for each partner country, which made it possible to assess the current dynamics of the learning process and determine further steps to engage participants in the educational opportunities offered by the digital platform.

The second key item on the agenda was work on Deliverable D4.3 – “E-Booklet on Sports Events Preparation and Organisation”. The partners discussed the current status of the e-booklet’s preparation, its structure, content and practical focus. Particular attention was paid to harmonising the materials and the next stages of work on this project deliverable.

The next part of the meeting focused on preparations for the project events in the Republic of Moldova, scheduled for 11–12 August 2026. Participants reviewed the Information Pack and the programme of upcoming activities, discussed organisational matters, the format of the events, participant recruitment and coordination between partner organisations.

Particular attention was paid to preparations for the final international conference “European Experience for Working with Migrant and Refugee Children in the EU, Ukraine, and Moldova”, which will take place on 18–19 September 2026 in Bukovel, Ukraine, in a hybrid format. The project coordinator briefed the partners on the conference concept, its main thematic areas, organisational aspects, participation format and the next stages of preparation. The conference will be a key component in summarising the project’s implementation, presenting its results and exchanging European experience of working with migrant, refugee and displaced children.

The working meeting took place in a constructive atmosphere and provided an opportunity for all partners to analyse the current status of the project’s implementation, agree on the delivery of key results and coordinate activities during the final phase of DP5YOU.
