Working online meeting of the DP5YOU project consortium (approval of the training program, recording of training materials)

On Friday, February 20, a working online meeting of the consortium of the project “Digital Platform of Knowledge and Skills Development for Youth Working with Child Migrants and Refugees at European Level” (DP5YOU), co-funded by the European Union, took place. The meeting was attended by all project partners — coordinators from organizations and members of project teams. The meeting agenda corresponded to the planned issues and covered key aspects of the current implementation of the initiative.
During the meeting, the partners discussed and approved the working program of training for young people within the project — WORK PROGRAM OF NON-FORMAL EDUCATION “PREPARING YOUNG PEOPLE (YOUTH WORKERS) TO WORK WITH MIGRANT AND REFUGEE CHILDREN”. All participants actively joined the discussion, providing suggestions and recommendations on the content of the program, its structure, and the organization of training.

Special attention was paid to the digital platform of the project: its functionality, vision for development, principles of placement, and structuring of training materials. The project coordinator reported on the placement of training videos on the platform, as well as the role of flipbooks in ensuring the quality of training and interaction with participants.
In the next block of the discussion, the partners presented updates on the implementation of project activities in the participating countries. In particular, Ukraine confirmed that events would be held with the participation of representatives from each organization and parallel online participation. Organizational approaches to preparing lectures were also agreed upon: each partner is responsible for a separate topic, and the presentations will be recorded during the meeting in Ukraine for further use on the digital platform.

Partners from Portugal reported on the preparation of the event scheduled for May 6-7 and confirmed that the activities are being implemented in accordance with the project schedule.
The meeting took place in a constructive atmosphere, demonstrating the high level of involvement of all partners, a shared vision of further steps, and a willingness to coordinate actions for the effective implementation of DP5YOU and support for young people (youth workers) in their work with vulnerable groups of children.
