Project coordinator of the NGO YOUTH. SCIENCE. SPORT. HEALTHY MOVEMENT OF UKRAINE is an all-Ukrainian public organization that aims to promote physical activity and various sports. It promotes the principles of a healthy lifestyle, focuses on the formation of national and patriotic values, organizes various charity, entertainment, and scientific events for children, and engages Ukrainian youth in volunteering. The organization tries to engage children in an active lifestyle, acquire healthy habits, engage in various sports, improve their physical and psychological condition, and benefit Ukrainian society and the sports community. Another goal of the NGO is to create and expand a network of partners in Ukraine and abroad. The organization actively prepares young people for volunteering, engaging them in social initiatives, developing their leadership skills, and forming a responsible civil society. Today, the NGO operates in the Chernivtsi region and conducts various activities for vulnerable categories of Ukrainian children (refugee children and children with special educational needs), potentially providing all kinds of support to children and creating an appropriate academic and psychological environment for their social and psychological adaptation to the new Ukrainian realities in wartime.

ASSOCIACAO CHECK-IN – COOPERACAO E DESENVOLVIMENTO (Beja, Portugal). Check-IN – Cooperação e Desenvolvimento is a non-profit organisation founded in 2010, based in Beja and Lisbon, Portugal. It collaborates with public and private entities to improve quality of life through mobility programs, non-formal education, and European cooperation initiatives. Focused on lifelong learning, social integration, and sustainable development, Check-IN upholds European values such as human rights, democracy, gender equality, and ecological awareness. The organization prioritizes supporting disadvantaged individuals and engages in local and international projects, including workshops, training courses, and team-building activities. It actively participates in Erasmus+ (KA1, KA2, and Sports), Europe for Citizens, and Horizon 2020 programs. Additionally, Check-IN coordinates volunteering programs under the European Solidarity Corps, as well as national volunteering, traineeships, and VET internships. Since 2010, it has built a vast network of partners across various sectors. Check-IN is also an Eurodesk Multiplier center in Lisbon and Beja and a member of the Anna Lindh Foundation.

INSTITUTUL DE INSTRUIRE IN DEZVOLTARE MILLENIUM (Chisinau, Moldova). “MilleniuM” Training and Development Institute (MilleniuM) is an NGO (founded in 2000) with the aim to promote quality non-formal education by encouraging civic initiative and youth work at local level, by contributing to personal, organizational and community development, and the transforming the concept of collaboration and partnership into a current practice of associative life in the Republic of Moldova. MilleniuM is currently seen as a reference point at national level in terms of quality non-formal education and youth work in the Republic of Moldova. In its activity MilleniuM pays a particular attention to activities with young people, as they represent the potential and resources that will help to solve all the existing problems. In the last 10 years, MilleniuM has been focusing on the development of the managerial capacities of youth organizations in the Republic of Moldova, as well as those of the Eastern Partnership and the European Union under the Erasmus+ and European Solidarity Corps programs. The accumulated experience allows us to support other non-formal education organizations, youth policies, strategic planning, project management, financial management, collaboration and partnership, etc.  As result of our experience, in 2017 MilleniuM was selected by SALTO EECA to manage Info Centre in Moldova for Erasmus+ Youth and Erasmus+ Youth and European Solidarity Corps, in order to promote Erasmus+ and European Solidarity Corps programs in the country and inform young people, youth workers and youth organization about possibilities to participate in the programs.

Ministry of Youth and Sports of Ukraine (Kyiv, Ukraine) is a main public body in the sphere of youth and sports in Ukraine. They implement public policy in the field of youth in all regions of Ukraine. The Ministry has implemented the Youth Worker program, which was established in 2014 with the support of the United Nations Development Programme in Ukraine and is one of the priorities of the social target programs Youth of Ukraine 2016-2020 and Youth of Ukraine 2021-2025. The main goal of the Program is to promote the development of competencies of youth policy specialists, including advanced training of civil servants, and to create favorable conditions for the effective development and implementation of sound youth policy in Ukraine. It is the first non-formal education program approved at the state level and has stable state funding.

National Agency for Programs Development and Youth Work (Chisinau, Moldova). The National Agency has the mission to ensure the implementation of state policy in the field of youth work, youth programmes and services, human resources, working methodologies and research in the field. The National Agency for Programs Development and Youth Work (National Youth Agency hereafter) is an administrative authority under the Ministry of Education and Research from the Republic of Moldova, established for training and continuous professional improvement of youth workers, development of youth programs, youth work, research, and services in the youth field, and for their implementation, monitoring, and evaluation.
