Results
The outcomes of the project will be measured by the effectiveness of the following activities:
▪ The non-formal education of organizations will be strengthened through the creation of a network of cooperation and a platform for the exchange of knowledge and advanced practices, which will increase their interaction and effectiveness in working with young people;
▪ Youth workers will have been trained and ready to work with vulnerable groups of children through specialized training and training programs that will provide them with the necessary knowledge and skills to support these target groups;
▪ Integration and social adaptation of migrant children and refugees will be held through the activities of trained youth workers.
▪ Launch and active use of the DP5YOU digital platform for training youth workers, which provides access to training resources, methodological materials for sharing experiences, advanced practices focusing on amplifying the EU values, and includes environmental sustainability activities.
▪ Seventy Ukrainian and thirty Moldavian youth workers will have completed online training and skills assessment tests through the digital platform.
▪ Development and dissemination of digital learning materials, including video tutorials, interactive courses, and e-books, and analysis of their use by project participants.
▪ Formation of a community of practice on a platform that allows youth workers to share experiences, find partners for joint projects, and receive colleague support.
▪ Increase in the number of organizations and individual participants actively using the digital platform to develop their professional competencies and digital skills and influence target groups increases.
▪ Implementation of innovative projects and initiatives developed using the resources of the digital platform aimed at supporting and integrating migrant children and refugees.
